Well, I'm officially done with work (well the kind that gives me a real paycheck anyway) as of last Friday! Now I'm trying to keep the nest in order and just waiting for labor to start. I think this is worse than being a kid at school waiting for Christmas vacation to start. Probably because there is a definite date to the start of vacation but going into labor just happens whenever it feels like it. At least I'm hoping it starts on it's own! As of my last appointment on Wednesday I am 1 cm dilated and in the beginning stages of effacement. So I guess that's better than nothing! I've been going for walks, trekking up and down the stairs, doing exercises on the yoga ball, and basically chugged a cup of salsa...still nothing. I just have to be patient and know that this little guy will come when he's ready.
